Privacy Policy
Effective date: site launch (2026)
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
This website collects information only through the contact form. If you choose to fill it out, we collect your name, contact information (email and phone), and any message or preferences you share. We do not request clinical information and we ask that you not submit it through this form, as email is not a secure medical channel.
How we use your information
Information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential care. We do not use your information for marketing purposes or any other reason beyond responding to your message.
How your information is transmitted
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure medium for sensitive medical information. Do not submit medical details, medication lists, or clinical histories through the contact form.
Booking your appointment
Once you schedule an appointment, you will enter SimplePractice's patient portal, which operates under its own privacy policy. SimplePractice is a HIPAA-compliant platform designed for clinical information. Your information on SimplePractice is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We use infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for web hosting and anti-bot protection, and Resend for email delivery) who have access to information necessary to provide those services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
Analytics
This website uses cookieless analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. No personal information is collected through analytics.
Data retention
Contact form inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to your message. After we have addressed your inquiry, we keep messages for a reasonable time to maintain records of our communication, then delete them.
