Patient Resources

Helpful information for patients and families, whether you are already in care with us or just starting to look.

If you need help right now

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. It is free, confidential, and available 24/7. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Getting started with care

New to the practice, or to psychiatry in general? Our How We Treat page explains how we approach treatment and what your first visit looks like. When you are ready, the scheduling page is the fastest way to request an appointment, and our contact form is there for questions.

Insurance and costs

Kiran accepts Aetna, Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Self-pay rates are $200 for an initial visit and $100 for follow-ups. Coverage varies by plan, so we will confirm yours when we connect. Insurance details for Christopher will be listed when his booking opens.

Conditions we treat

Plain-language guides to the conditions we evaluate and treat, and what care for each looks like here.

Support beyond the clinic

These resources are educational and are not a substitute for care. For questions about your own treatment, talk with your provider.
